Summary/Job Purpose:
To support the Training & Competency (T&C) Manager by developing the functionality in our Learning and Development System – LMS (Access) to support training and competence and the Senior Manager & Certification regime (SM&CR). Act as the key co-ordinator and contact for the system, providing feedback to Unicorn/Access where necessary.
Support the wider HR team with Connect (system build, updates, reporting and analysis) and Engage.
Compile and analyse data and MI in relation to HR, T&C and SM&CR, ensuring that the presentation of such data and MI is accurate, relevant and timely.
To be the first point of contact to the business regarding Professional Qualification administration related queries, managing and completing daily T&C work and administration.
To support and oversee ad-hoc HR projects as required and assisting the HR Director and Senior HR Business Partner where required.
Key responsibilities:
- Act as SME for LMS (Access) and CISI platforms
- Support SM&CR and T&C schemes, including pathways, documentation, and reporting
- Manage professional qualifications (study support, exam bookings, progress tracking)
- Produce, analyse, and automate MI for senior stakeholders
- Support CPD frameworks and compliance training delivery and monitoring
- Maintain professional body memberships (CII/CISI) and key relationships
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of LMS and HR system data (Connect)
- Develop reports, dashboards, and insights across HR systems
