Who we are
TalentCloud Group is a Swiss-founded recruitment partner working with growth-focused companies across Switzerland and internationally.
We’ve built our reputation placing high-quality permanent talent in IT and commercial functions, but we’re now expanding into contract / interim hiring, where speed, trust, and real problem-solving matter more than process.
This is where you come in.
No prior recruitment or sales experience required.
The role (what makes this different)
This is not a “sit back and follow a script” sales role.
You’ll learn how to operate in two very different worlds:
- HR / Talent teams → structured, process-driven, expect polished communication
- Line managers → under pressure, need solutions now, respond to authenticity and insight
Your job is to become a “sales chameleon” – knowing how to read the room, adapt your approach, and uncover what’s really going on beneath the surface.
In contract recruitment, you’re not selling CVs. You’re solving urgent, real-world problems
What you’ll be doing
- Reaching out to companies and starting conversations (phone, LinkedIn, email)
- Learning how to speak differently to HR vs. line managers
- Identifying real hiring needs (“burning platform” situations)
- Supporting delivery of both permanent and contract recruitment projects
- Building relationships with clients over time — not just one-off transactions
- Working closely with the TalentCloud team to learn the craft properly
- Gradually owning your own clients and revenue
Who this is for
We are not looking for a finished product.
We are deliberately looking for someone early in their career — or even at the very start.
Someone who:
- Is curious, coachable, and willing to “give it a go”
- Is comfortable picking up the phone and speaking to new people
- Wants to learn how business actually works (not just theory)
- Is motivated by progress, not perfection
- Enjoys being part of a small, growing team where they can make an impact

- How to build real client relationships (not just “sell”)
- How hiring decisions are actually made inside companies
- How to identify commercial opportunities early
- How to operate in both Swiss and international markets
- How to develop into a full 360° recruiter or business developer
There is also longer-term potential to move into international hiring, including exposure to the US market.
