Operations Manager

Overview

Our client is a specialist infrastructure and investment services company focusing on education and healthcare. It is looking for an Operations Manager for a student accommodation site in Hatfield.

Role Overview

As the Operations Manager you will ensure delivery of full TFM services to the site. You will deliver all hard and soft services through the management of specialist FM contractors, monitoring their performance and ensuring all KPIs are met in accordance with the (PPP) contract. You must have strong knowledge of hard services and lifecycle planning.

Responsibilities

• Deliver full TFM services to the site.
• Manage specialist FM contractors and monitor their performance.
• Ensure all KPIs are met in accordance with the PPP contract.
• Plan lifecycle for hard services.
• Provide contractual management and attention to detail.
• Manage people and build client relationships.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in a similar role.
• Experience working in PFI or PPP contracts.
• Strong contractual management skills.
• Exceptional people management and client relationship building skills.
