Commercial Property Manager – West Midlands – Fixed Term Contract

Leading property consultancy have need for an additional Commercial Property Management to join the regional team based in Birmingham, to cover a Maternity leave. The role would suit a commercial surveyor who is available to commence employment at short notice and one who can hit the ground running!!

Key Responsibilities

• Aid in the management of commercial properties for institutional and international clients
• Monitor service charge budgets, arrears, and financial reporting
• Handle lease events, tenant communications, and client reporting
• Support business development and cross-sell opportunities
• Liaise with Facilities Managers, Helpdesk, and internal teams

About You

• Ideally MRICS qualified (albeit not essential) with experience in commercial property management (essential)
• Strong understanding of leases, L&T legislation, and office market trends
• Skilled in client-facing roles and team management
• Confident with property accounting and service charge processes

Salary and package will reflect experience, however someone in the region of £45 – £50,000 (pro rata for the length of contract).
