Role Overview

The Key Account Manager will drive employer engagement across the Technology and Manufacturing sectors, building and developing strategic relationships with employers to create high‑quality career opportunities for the Armed Forces community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive employer engagement activities across the Technology and Manufacturing sectors.
  • Build and develop strategic relationships with employers to generate high‑quality career opportunities for Service leavers, veterans, reservists and their families.
  • Create and deliver an insight‑led engagement strategy that aligns sector needs with future workforce demands.
  • Plan and execute targeted campaigns and represent the organisation at high‑quality events and engagement activities that connect employers with the Armed Forces community.
  • Build strong talent pipelines across a range of roles.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Extensive experience in business development, networking and a comprehensive understanding of recruitment and selection.
  • Motivated self‑starter with the ability to deliver outcomes against demanding schedules.
  • Strong presentation, administrative and communication skills with excellent interpersonal abilities to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated empathy and understanding of the Armed Forces community, including their unique challenges and strengths.
  • Experience in marketing and public relations; resilient, adaptable and capable of managing demands with a proactive approach.

Location & Work Environment

This is a home‑based role; applicants should be based within a reasonable commuting distance to London to attend key meetings, networking events and employer engagements as required.
