Come join us in serving up the tastiest fish & chips in town!Key Responsibilities–Prepare, coat, and fry fish, chips, and other menu items following precise recipes and cooking techniques to achieve the perfect texture and flavour.– Work closely with the team to ensure prompt service and helpmaintaina positive experience for every guest.–Maintaina clean and organised frying station, ensuring all health, safety, and hygiene standards are strictly followed.– Monitor frying times, temperatures, andportionsizes tomaintainconsistent quality and presentation in every order.Requirements– Applicants must be 18+ due to health and safety regulations foroperatinghot kitchen equipment.–Previousexperience as a Fish Fryer or in a similar fast-food or kitchen role is a plus.– Strong attention to detail to ensure quality, consistency, and food safety
