As the ideal next Head of Technical you will have…

• Background in chilled food manufacturing
• Experience working with major retailers
• Great interpersonal skills, ensuring pre-existing relationships and new ones can be formed with retailers and staff alike
• Enthusiastic about driving a successful technical team to success

As part of this role, as Head of Technical, you will…

• Overseeing all technical, quality, food safety, regulatory, compliance and hygiene activities.
• Maintaining and creating new relationships closely with major retailers.
• Build capability through coaching, succession planning and robust performance management.
• Lead, motivate, and develop the technical team to deliver high performance and a strong food safety culture.
