Hybrid Bid Manager – Public Sector & Defense Proposals

3Search, a fast-growing engineering and technology business, is looking for an experienced Bid Manager. This role involves leading the full end-to-end bid process, specifically within public sector frameworks and government procurement.

The successful candidate will have over 3 years of experience in bid management, exceptional writing skills, and a strong understanding of the UK government’s procurement processes. This position offers hybrid working with a minimum of 3 days in the office based in Bristol.
