.Key Responsibilitie

• sTechnical enquiry handling — Interpret customer requirements, engineering drawings, specifications, and application details to propose suitable solutions
• .Quotation preparation — Produce accurate, competitive quotations including pricing, lead times, and technical documentation
• .Product selection — Use engineering calculations, catalogues, and software tools to select pumps, valves, HVAC components, rotating equipment, or other mechanical systems depending on the industry
• .Customer support — Provide technical advice, resolve queries, and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and suppliers
• .Sales coordination — Work closely with external sales, engineering, and operations teams to ensure proposals are feasible and aligned with business goals
• .Order processing — Convert accepted quotations into sales orders and ensure all technical and commercial details are correct
• .Documentation management — Maintain CRM records, update product data, and ensure compliance with internal quality procedures
• .Market awareness — Monitor competitor offerings, pricing trends, and customer feedback to support continuous improvement

.Essential Skills & Qualification

• sMechanical Engineering degree (BEng/MEng or equivalent)
• .Strong understanding of thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, materials, and mechanical systems
• .Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• .Confident communicator with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
• .Competent with Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and engineering selection tools
• .Analytical mindset with strong numerical accuracy
• .Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple enquiries simultaneously
