Responsibilities

The responsibility is to assist the General Manager in running the Ballymena dealership.

• Leading the team to achieve corporate objectives
• Coordinating the team to develop and implement the business plan
• Lead the team to succeed, continuously looking for areas to improve performance and refine process to maximise efficiency and effectiveness.
• Coaching and mentoring the team
• Effective communication within the business
• Direct Reports

The Ideal Candidate

• Experience in a Manager / Dealer Principal / Business Manager / Senior Manager position
• Experience in motor industry
• Great team player
• Driving License required
