Creative Support has a national quality department that manages a robust audit programme, proactive audit schedules, and oversees social care governance. The Quality Assurance Officer will contribute to the internal quality audit schedule, analysing quality data to inform prevention strategies and trend responses. The role requires excellent communication and assessment skills, strong written and organisational abilities, effective time management, flexibility, and teamwork.
Role
The post holder will work within our experienced Quality Team, responding to service requests and assisting with quality improvement work. This full‑time temporary position covers a 12‑month maternity leave, with part‑time (minimum 30 hours per week) roles also considered.
Qualifications
- Strong background in reviewing and analysing quality data.
- Excellent communication, assessment and writing skills.
- Organisational and time‑management abilities.
- Willingness to work flexibly and cooperate within a team.
