Our client, an elite US law firm, is actively seeking an enthusiastic and professional Future Trainee to join them on a 12m FTC in their London office – working as their new AML Assistant.
You’ll be joining an experienced forward-thinking AML/Risk & Compliance team – led by the London based Deputy General Counsel and Global AML Manager.
As the successful AML Assistant, you’ll be responsible for (but not limited to) the following:
– AML research and conducting risk assessments
– Updating firm software tools and databases
– Summarising results of research and drafting matter/risk assessments
– Performing due diligence on clients
– Performing PEPs, adverse media and sanction searches
– Following up on outstanding AML files
Plus much more.
To be considered for this opportunity, you’ll need to have/be the following:
– Have a Training Contract confirmed with 12 months availability
– Ideally, have some experience/exposure to AML (desirable, not essential)
– Be able to commute to the London office on a regular basis
