Your Role
As a Manufacturing Engineer focused on Industrialisation, you will play a key role in bringing new products and processes into production within a transformative manufacturing environment.
You will plan and lead the implementation of manufacturing processes on site, including facility set up, equipment installation, commissioning, and process validation, ensuring full production readiness.
- Lead insourcing projects and transfer production facilities & processes into the plant, ensuring stability, efficiency and capability from day one.
- Work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure manufacturing systems meet safety, quality, cost and delivery requirements while driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.
What You’ll Bring
Essential
- Degree or apprenticeship in Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering or a related field
- Experience in manufacturing engineering/industrialisation
- Relevant experience in project management & risk‑mitigation planning
- Hands‑on experience with APQP, PPAP, PFMEA and control plans
- Good understanding of machining, assembly and testing processes
- Proven ability to deliver process validation, pilot builds and production ramp‑up
- Strong problem‑solving mindset with a focus on quality and process capability
Desirable
- Experience in aerospace, automotive or high‑precision manufacturing environments
- Familiarity with AS9100 and AS9145 standards
- Exposure to insourcing or manufacturing transfer projects
- Knowledge of SPC / process capability (Cpk)
