Maintenance Estimator – HVAC

£65,000–£70,000 + Car/Allowance + Bonus + Benefits
We are working in partnership with a leading UK HVAC maintenance provider and one of PRS’s longest-standing clients to recruit a Maintenance Estimator for their South West London & Thames Valley region.

The Role
You will play a key role in delivering accurate, competitive and high-quality estimates across a wide range of maintenance and small works projects. Projects will vary from minor works (£2,000) through to large-scale maintenance contracts (£2M) for corporate clients.
Working closely with Operations Managers, Bid Writers, and the wider Business Development team, you will be responsible for preparing, writing, and presenting tenders, estimates, and reports.
✅ About You
We are ideally seeking an experienced Maintenance Estimator within HVAC or building services. However, we will also consider experienced engineers looking to transition into an estimating role.
You will have:
- A strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems within commercial environments
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Confidence in producing and presenting tenders and cost estimates
