We are exclusively partnering with a market-leading hedge fund to hire a HR Generalist to sit within its high-performing People Operations team.
This role will have a full generalist and operational remit across Europe, and act as an advisor for employees on all HR related queries and drive core People Operations workflows.
The ideal candidate will be high-calibre, pro active, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performance environment while engaging with senior and high-profile stakeholders.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive HR and People Operations support across the EMEA region, acting as a trusted advisor to employees and managers.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR data, ensuring compliance and timely administration of employment-related processes.
- Serve as a key point of contact for employee queries, escalating and resolving issues efficiently while delivering a positive employee experience.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, helping to streamline HR processes and enhance operational effectiveness.
- Collaborate closely with global teams.
Experience:
- Solid track record in a similar position within Financial Services.
- Good knowledge of UK employment law.
- Excellent data skills and proficient in Microsoft.
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
- Adaptable, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performing environment.
