Managing Consultant / Senior Manager – Data & AI Architecture – Capgemini

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and deliver end‑to‑end Data & AI solutions, from data strategy to production ML pipelines, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Lead cross‑functional teams in designing scalable cloud (AWS/GCP) architectures, data lakes, and data warehouses.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define data governance, security, and compliance frameworks.
• Mentor and coach junior consultants on best practices in data modeling, ETL, and ML engineering.
• Present technical concepts and business value to C‑suite executives and client teams.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in data architecture, AI strategy, or related fields.
• Proven track record delivering large‑scale cloud data platforms and ML solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Python, SQL, Spark, and modern data lake technologies.
• Experience with cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and data governance tools.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical solutions into business outcomes.
