Join a dynamic Private Client team of 30+ professionals, including 4 Partners, where you’ll work on life-changing financial decisions for high-net-worth individuals and families. You’ll map complex asset structures, minimize tax liabilities, and build lasting relationships with some of the UK’s wealthiest families, while being mentored for Partnership progression. This role provides a direct route to Partnership in one of the market’s most respected private client practices.
Your Impact
- Own a prestigious portfolio of HNW/UHNW personal, trust and estate clients
- Lead UK tax compliance, planning, and forecasting strategies
- Handle complex cross-border tax implications and ad-hoc projects
Team Development
- Mentor and coach junior team members’ professional growth
- Provide technical leadership and quality assurance across the practice
- Drive professional development initiatives and knowledge sharing
Business Growth
- Spearhead internal and external marketing of the Private Client expertise
- Deliver technical seminars and training to build market presence
- Identify and convert cross-selling opportunities across the firm’s services
- Develop new client relationships while maintaining existing networks
