As our first dedicated Talent Acquisition Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in scaling RPS across the UK and USA by attracting exceptional Recruiters, Business Development professionals, Account Managers and future leaders.

Working alongside our Directors, HR and Marketing teams, you’ll build our Talent Acquisition function from the ground up, define and promote our Employer Value Proposition (EVP), strengthen our employer brand and establish RPS as the recruitment company the industry’s best people aspire to join.

This is more than internal recruitment. It’s an opportunity to help shape the future of RPS.

As the Talent Acquisition Manager, you’ll:

  • Build and own RPS’s internal Talent Acquisition function, identifying and hiring exceptional recruiters, business development professionals, account managers and future leaders across the UK and USA.
  • Partner with our Marketing and HR teams to define and promote the RPS Employer Value Proposition (EVP), building an employer brand that attracts the very best talent in the industry.
  • Create a world-class candidate and onboarding experience that reflects our culture, values and ambition.
  • Influence the future growth of the business through workforce planning, succession planning and strategic hiring.
  • Introduce new ideas that help RPS attract, engage and retain exceptional people while building a Talent Acquisition function that becomes a genuine competitive advantage.

The successful Talent Acquisition Manager will:

  • Have experience in Internal Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, ideally within the recruitment industry, with an established network of recruiters, sales professionals and industry contacts.
  • Have a proven ability to identify, attract and secure exceptional talent through relationships, networking and proactive sourcing.
  • Think commercially and understand that hiring the right people is fundamental to business growth.
  • Be passionate about employer branding, candidate experience and creating a business people genuinely aspire to join.
  • Be entrepreneurial, full of ideas and excited by the opportunity to build something that leaves a lasting impact.
