An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a Real Estate Solicitor in Birmingham to join an highly regarded and growing commercial real estate team with a top tier National Legal 500 practice.
This role offers exposure to high-value, complex transactions across a broad range of sectors with a key focus on commercial & residential development, as well as other aspects of commercial property including acquisitions & disposals, landlord & tenant matters, sales & purchases.

The Role:
- Advising on a broad range of commercial real estate matters
- Supporting a broad client base of local and national developers and investors
- Assisting with large-scale commercial & residential development projects
- Managing transactions from instruction through to completion with appropriate supervision
- Working closely with partners and senior lawyers on high-profile mandates
- Collaborating across practice areas and offices within the firm’s wider network
- Contributing to client relationship development and ongoing business initiatives
The Candidate:
- Qualified solicitor 0-5 PQE and strong experience in commercial property
- Strong background, ideally trained with a strong practice, and a seat in real estate
- Experience with a broad range of commercial property matters, ideally within development
- Excellent technical ability with a commercial and pragmatic approach
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build client relationships
- Either qualified in England & Wales, or a foreign qualified lawyer at an elite firm
- Highly organised with strong time-management capabilities
- Able to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
