About the Role
The successful candidate will join an established Commercial Property team and work on a varied caseload of matters, including:
- Acquisitions and disposals of commercial property
- Commercial leases and landlord & tenant matters
- Property development transactions
- Asset management work
- Title investigations and due diligence
- Drafting and negotiating legal documentation
- Managing matters from instruction through to completion
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
The role offers the opportunity to work closely with experienced lawyers while also managing your own caseload with an appropriate level of autonomy.
About You
- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 3+ years’ PQE in Commercial Property
- Strong technical knowledge across a broad range of commercial property matters
- Proven ability to manage transactions independently
- Commercially minded with a pragmatic approach to problem-solving
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ambitious and keen to develop your career within a growing team
