About the Role

As a Client Relationship Manager, you will play a central role in driving client success and service delivery within the healthcare sector. This is a dynamic position combining business development, client engagement, and team coordination to ensure high-quality outcomes for both clients and candidate

Alongside client-facing responsibilities, you will support and guide the team, helping to coordinate workloads, maintain performance standards, and ensure a seamless recruitment process. Your ability to manage priorities, communicate effectively, and lead by example will be key to success in this role. Key Responsibilities include:

– Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare clients

– Identify and drive new business opportunities within the sector

– Ensure high levels of client engagement and satisfaction

– Coordinate team activity to support delivery and performance

– Act as a key liaison between clients, candidates, and internal teams

– Monitor service levels and implement improvements where needed
