Private Client Senior Associate / Associate Solicitor – West London
5+ PQE | Flexible Working | Excellent 6 monthly Bonus Scheme | £70- £80k Salary DOE| hybrid working (2 days in office/3 WFH)
A highly regarded, long-established full-service law firm in West London is looking to recruit an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join its successful and growing team due to continued business growth in the department.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Private Client Solicitor who is looking for quality work, a strong team, and a really positive working culture.
About the firm
The firm has an excellent reputation across London and the South East and advises both businesses and individuals in Private Client as well as Property & Conveyancing, Business and Corporate Law, Family Law and Litigation.
You will be joining a busy and highly respected Private Client team led by an excellent Partner, alongside experienced Solicitors and Senior Associates, with support staff. The team is collaborative, approachable and genuinely enjoys working together, with plenty of good quality work already in place.
The role will suit a commercially minded Private Client Solicitor, accustomed to good billing figures, with strong experience across Wills, Probate and Estate Administration.
Trusts or Tax experience would be highly desirable, although candidates with excellent experience across Wills, Probate, LPAs, Estate Administration, and wider private client matters will also be very well considered.

- Hybrid working, with a minimum of 2 days in the office (after probation – 3 months)
- £1k bonus for meeting target every 6 months
- 15% bonus on anything billed over target every 6 months
