Anti‑Social Behaviour and Enforcement Officer

Weston‑super‑Mare or Exeter based (covering Bristol, Somerset and occasionally Devon)

£20.75 per hour, 37 hours per week, Monday‑Friday

Temporary Contract – 3 Months

Hybrid Working Available

Key Responsibilities

• Manage anti‑social behaviour, harassment, hate crime and related enforcement cases
• Act as the first point of contact for customers experiencing neighbourhood issues
• Build effective relationships with police, local authorities and community partners
• Gather evidence, prepare legal documentation and attend court proceedings where required
• Provide advice and support to customers and colleagues on enforcement matters
• Promote positive neighbour relationships and sustainable tenancies

What We’re Looking For

• Experience within social housing or a related field, ideally dealing with anti‑social behaviour cases
• Experience managing challenging situations and conflict resolution
• Knowledge of landlord and tenant legislation and housing management practices
• Understanding of anti‑social behaviour, harassment, domestic abuse and hate incident legislation
• Experience of court procedures and legal casework
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle
