Fractional HR Consultant (Part-Time)
Location: Remote (UK Based)
Commitment: Approximately 3-4 days per month
Length: 6-Months initial
Rate: Negotiable

We’re partnering with a growing technology business that has recently expanded its UK operations and is looking to engage an experienced HR professional to support its continued growth.
You will work directly with the founders and leadership team, helping shape the people strategy as the business scales.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with founders and senior leadership on people strategy and workforce planning
- Provide guidance on organisational design and headcount planning
- Review and improve employment contracts, policies, and HR processes
- Ensure compliance with UK employment legislation and HR best practice
- Support and advise on employee relations matters, including grievances and disciplinary processes
- Develop performance management frameworks and appraisal processes
- Enhance recruitment, onboarding, and talent retention strategies
- Help define and strengthen the company’s employer value proposition
- Advise on compensation, benefits, and reward structures
- Support leadership teams in managing remote and hybrid employees
Requirements
- Significant experience in a senior HR leadership role
- Strong understanding of UK employment law and HR compliance
- Experience supporting growing SMEs, technology businesses, consultancies, or professional services organisations
- Comfortable operating at both strategic and hands-on levels
- Strong stakeholder management and advisory skills
- CIPD qualification desirable
