Deputy Nursing Manager

Hoop Nursing and Social Care are seeking a dedicated and experienced Deputy Nursing Home Manager to join a well-established, 40‑bedded care service in the Newport area. As the Deputy Manager, you will work closely with the Registered Manager to ensure the smooth day‑to‑day running of the service and will play a key role in maintaining excellent standards of care, supporting staff development, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Essential

• Must be a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with a valid NMC PIN
• Previous experience in a senior role within a care home setting
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• Genuine passion for delivering outstanding care and promoting staff development
