Medico Partners is seeking an Ofsted Registered Manager for children’s homes in Derby. The role involves overseeing two homes dedicated to supporting children with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties. Candidates should have experience as a Registered Manager or a strong Deputy Manager looking for advancement.
You will manage daily operations, ensure compliance with safeguarding laws, and develop staff in a trauma-informed environment. A minimum of two years in children’s residential care and NVQ 5 are essential.
