The Company

Fundment is a fast-growing wealth infrastructure company embarking on an exciting growth phase, looking to hire a Client Services Associate to join our outstanding Platform Operations Team. This position will report into our Head of Adviser Support.

Fundment is transforming the platform experience for advice firms and their clients. Our technology delivers efficiencies through market leading workflows for account opening, integrations with other tools and software systems, and by meeting adviser and client needs via a toolkit offering streamlined transfers, advisory portfolio management tools, a wide range of MPSs, custom indexing technology, and all the in-house wrappers they expect. Free from decades of outdated technology, inefficiencies and high costs, Fundment gives advisers and their clients a simple, modern, platform experience.

The role

The Client Services Associate is instrumental in assisting financial advisers as they transition their business to the Fundment platform, guiding them through our platform’s administrative processes and responding to platform support queries. In order for us to deliver outstanding service, you will need fantastic attention to detail, be self-motivated and thrive in a fast pace environment.

Our platform offers a multitude of tax wrappers including ISAs and Pensions so a good understanding of these products will be required.

Key responsibilities:

  • First point of contact for financial advisers, providing comprehensive support and guidance on transitioning to the Fundment platform.
  • Respond to email support requests, ensuring timely and accurate responses to queries relating to platform usage, transfer submissions, payment allocations, processing of financial products, coordinating with product providers
  • Handling high volume telephone calls to resolve queries and provide client information
  • Provide advice to enable advisers to navigate the platform and utilise all features available, keeping abreast of all new features and functionality
  • Maintain and display strong knowledge of financial products and internal processes to ensure the best service is provided

Essential Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a client services role within financial services, investment platform or similar environment essential
  • Strong knowledge of tax wrapper products and administration
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex processes clearly
  • Strong problem solving skills, able to address challenging situations
  • Proficient in using technology and software tools, enjoys learning new systems quickly

Desirable:

  • Relevant degree/qualifications in finance or related fields, IOC or FA2 in Pension Administration Qualification
  • Client onboarding, AML and KYC experience

We support our team with the flexibility to work on a hybrid basis, 3 days a week in our London office.
