Outsource UK’s client, a leading business in the energy and bulk liquids storage and transportation sector,are looking to appoint a Commercial Manager to support ongoing growth across the UK.

This is a key role within the commercial team, focused on managing customer contracts, driving revenue growth, and improving margins across a portfolio of high value accounts.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage and negotiate commercial contracts with existing and new customers
  • Deliver against sales and revenue targets across terminal operations
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high service standards
  • Work closely with operations and engineering teams to assess commercial opportunities
  • Identify market trends and drive new business and growth opportunities
  • Support investment decisions through commercial analysis and business case development

About you

  • Proven experience in a commercial, sales or account management role
  • Strong contract negotiation skills and commercial awareness
  • Background in energy, oil, chemicals or related bulk liquid markets preferred
  • Ability to balance customer needs with operational and financial considerations
  • Self-driven with a proactive approach to problem solving
