About the Role
You’ll take ownership of international commercial performance across a diverse and strategically important region. Your focus will be on developing and managing distributors and retail partners, strengthening market penetration, and driving sustainable revenue growth across multiple product categories.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading commercial strategy and execution across assigned international markets
- Managing and expanding distributor and retailer relationships
- Delivering revenue, margin and market share targets
- Identifying new market opportunities and building scalable go‑to‑market plans
- Working cross‑functionally with marketing, product and operations to support launches and category growth
- Providing accurate forecasting, reporting and market insight to senior leadership
Who We’re Looking For
You’ll bring strong international commercial experience within consumer electronics or adjacent hardline categories, with a proven track record of managing distributors and retail partners across multi‑country territories. You’re commercially sharp, culturally aware, and confident operating autonomously across complex markets.
Experience across any of the target regions is highly advantageous.
Package & Location
- £75,000 base salary
- c.£25,000 bonus
- Home‑based role (UK) with regular international travel
