Senior Production Manager | Experiential & Live Events
London (Hybrid – 3 days in office)
A leading independent creative experience agency is seeking an experienced Senior Production Manager to join its award-winning live events team.
This is an opportunity to work on large-scale experiential campaigns, brand activations, content-led experiences and global live events for some of the world’s most recognised brands. The role sits at the heart of the agency’s most ambitious projects, providing senior production leadership from concept development through to flawless execution.
The successful candidate will act as a senior production figurehead, partnering with producers, creatives, client services teams and specialist suppliers to deliver complex experiential campaigns across the UK and internationally.
Key responsibilities:
• Leading production delivery across high-profile experiential and live event projects
• Managing relationships with technical, fabrication, logistics, operations and venue partners
• Providing senior technical and production guidance across multiple project teams
• Overseeing project delivery from concept development through to live execution
• Managing complex production budgets exceeding £1m
• Driving supplier negotiations, commercial performance and financial control
• Ensuring best-in-class health & safety, licensing, permitting and compliance standards
• Supporting and mentoring junior production team members
• Working closely with internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional creative experiences
Required experience:
• Significant experience within an experiential, events or creative agency environment
• Proven delivery of large-scale experiential campaigns and live events
• Strong technical production knowledge across multiple disciplines
• Experience managing complex, high-value production budgets
• Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD, Vectorworks, SketchUp or similar platforms
• Strong commercial acumen and supplier management expertise
• Extensive knowledge of health & safety, security, licensing and event compliance
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to remain calm and solutions-focused within fast-paced project environments
