A respected commercial law firm is seeking an experienced Construction Solicitor (5+ years PQE) to join its expanding Construction team. This opportunity offers exposure to a broad mix of contentious and non‑contentious work, supporting major commercial, residential and infrastructure projects.

Role Responsibilities

• Advising on construction documentation including building contracts, professional appointments, warranties, and project agreements.




• Managing construction disputes through adjudication, mediation and litigation.




• Providing commercially focused, solution‑driven advice tailored to client objectives.




• Working collaboratively with colleagues across commercial, real estate and litigation teams.




• Running your own caseload while assisting on complex, high‑value matters.

About You

• A qualified Solicitor with 5+ years PQE in construction law.




• Confident handling both contentious and non‑contentious matters.




• Excellent drafting, negotiation and communication skills.




• Commercially astute with a proactive, client‑focused approach.




• Organised, efficient and comfortable managing multiple deadlines.
