Employee-Owned Maintenance Technician – 24/7 Site

John Lewis Partnership is seeking a maintenance professional to own site reliability at Avonmouth Distribution Site. You will lead maintenance planning, ensure asset integrity, and drive safety and efficiency across the operation.

The role involves a two-shift pattern, 6:00am–2:00pm and 2:00pm–10:00pm, with a call-out rota due to 24/7 site needs. Strong safety, procurement and digital CAFM experience are essential.
