Job Overview

Ashfield District Council has an exciting opportunity for a Repairs and Maintenance Data Officer to join the team based in Kirkby‑In‑Ashfield. This full‑time, permanent role (37 hours per week) offers a competitive salary of £26,403 – £28,142 per annum (pay award pending).

Responsibilities

• Analyse large data sets and update records related to regulatory and best‑practice repairs and maintenance activities.
• Ensure accuracy of repairs and maintenance/refurbishment work data held.
• Implement and maintain processes to support the effective operation of a range of servicing and maintenance programmes.
