Reception Helpdesk Assistant – Durham

The Role and Department

In doing so, we feel confident that we are making a positive contribution to the development of rounded, global citizens.    The post holder will be responsible for providing reception services and associated administration of the front-desk, including a welcome service, professionally greeting users of the building, providing assistance, directions and information. They will also be required to using a booking system.

The post holder may be required to work weekends and evenings but hours will be typically be 7.00-15.00 or 13.00-21.00, however flexibility is required depending on business needs. A uniform will be provided.
