Head of Finance

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee financial operations across multiple properties, including reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and planning.
• Partner with senior management to drive profitability, cost control, and strategic commercial decision-making.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a talented finance team, fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Champion finance system enhancements, automation, and process efficiency.
• Support investor and ownership reporting with strategic insights that fuel growth and long-term value.

Candidate Profile

• ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a senior finance leadership role within multi-site hospitality.
• Commercially astute with a track record of EBITDA growth and profitability optimization.
• Confident leader and communicator, able to translate complex financial data into actionable insights.
• Experienced in finance systems, controls, compliance, and team development.
