Delivery Manager

THE COMPANY

Fast-growing Microsoft Cloud Solution Partner with a strong UK presence, delivering across Dynamics 365 Business Central environments. Supporting organisations across Finance, Manufacturing, Production, and Warehouse, with a focus on high-quality delivery and operational excellence.

THE ROLE

• Oversee day-to-day delivery across multiple teams, ensuring quality and consistency
• Act as the key link between Team Leaders and senior leadership
• Manage escalations, blockers, and workload balancing across projects
• Drive delivery standards, process improvements, and operational efficiency
• Work closely with Project Managers, developers, and stakeholders to maintain delivery continuity

THE CANDIDATE

• Proven experience in a Delivery Manager, Service Delivery, or Senior Project role
• Strong background delivering ERP projects (ideally Dynamics NAV / Business Central)
• Experience managing multiple workstreams, teams, and customer priorities
• Confident handling escalations, resolving issues, and driving outcomes
• Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
