Recruitment Consultant – Erdington, Birmingham, B23

Salary: £26,500-£30,000 depending on experience + Uncapped, Market‑Leading OTE.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5:30pm (1-hour lunch).

We are looking for a high‑performing Recruitment Consultant with at least 12 months of experience in temporary, permanent, or dual‑desk recruitment to join our Birmingham team.
