Dental Receptionist/Treatment Coordinator (Full-Time)

Location: Croxteth, Liverpool, L11 4SH

Worsley Dental Centre is looking for an experienced Dental Receptionist/Treatment Coordinator (TCO) to join our friendly private practice.

This is a full-time position, with hours and days to be discussed at interview. Salary is dependent on experience (DOE).

What we’re looking for:

• Minimum 1 year’s experience working as a Dental Receptionist & Treatment Coordinator (TCO).
• Confident discussing treatment plans, finance options and converting enquiries into appointments.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Organised, proactive and able to work in a busy environment.
• Experience with dental software and social media is an advantage.

Your role will include:

• Welcoming patients and managing appointments.
• Coordinating patient treatment journeys.
• Discussing treatment plans, finance and membership options.
• Managing enquiries and helping grow the practice.
• Supporting clinicians and ensuring an exceptional patient experience.
• Assisting with social media and practice marketing.
