Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week)

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Finance Business Partner to join our team in London. This role will lead the development and execution of the planning and budgeting process, collaborating with senior leadership to ensure financial objectives are met. The Finance Business Partner will be responsible for monitoring business performance, cash flow, and working capital, while also providing insights and recommendations for cost control and financial resource management. This individual will play a key role in financial analysis, risk management, and identifying process improvements to drive efficiencies across the Organisation.

Some of the things you’ll be doing

Ensures the development and execution of the planning and budgeting process and monitors its progress, in cooperation with senior leadership team, implements and ensures its execution by providing insights and recommendations to manage the realisation of the financial objectives.

Pro-actively monitors business performance, cash flow, and working capital requirements; ensures a proper cost control and manages financial resources of the company. Provides analysis of financial information in order to pinpoint potential weak areas.

Lead and direct the financial performance analysis by analysing performance and risks.

Proactively identify process improvements to the business to deliver efficiencies.

Collaborate with accounting, treasury, and other finance teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance.

Work closely with business units to align financial strategies with broader organisational goals.

Contribute to projects for business and finance, a.o. ERP roadmap, and BI development.

Ensures the local reporting and any policy matches the new organisation and its needs.

Monitors and contributes to a successful CoE migration, with finance operations teams and GPOs.

What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Professional accounting or finance qualification (e.g., ACCA, ACA, CIMA) is a plus.

Proven experience as a Finance Business Partner or similar role, preferably in a large global organisation.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.

Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to convey financial information to non-finance stakeholders.

Proficiency in financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting tools.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with financial software (e.g. SAP), and ERP systems is desirable.

Strategic thinking and ability to contribute to long‑term business planning.

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build effective relationships across various teams.
