Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
- Process orders via online platforms, email, and phone.
- Build and maintain client relationships, identifying opportunities for upselling and new business.
- Generate leads and support business development initiatives.
- Track and manage sampling requests using CRM systems.
- Maintain knowledge of products, pricing, competitors, and market trends.
- Collaborate with the team to deliver high-quality customer service and meet sales targets.

- Experienced in customer support, account management, and business development.
- Skilled in CRM systems, Excel, and handling administrative tasks.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
- Customer-focused with experience resolving inquiries across multiple channels.
