A well-established and highly respected building services and facilities management company based in Ware is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join its growing team.

The Role
As Electrical Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for delivering commercial electrical projects valued up to £1.5 million, as well as managing small works and maintenance contracts up to £1 million. You will oversee projects from pre‑construction through to completion and handover, ensuring they are delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing commercial electrical projects up to £1.5m in value
- Overseeing small works and maintenance contracts up to £1m
- Full lifecycle project management from planning to handover
- Budget management, cost control, and financial reporting
- Programme planning and resource coordination
- Managing subcontractors and site teams
- Client liaison and stakeholder engagement
- Ensuring compliance with health & safety legislation
- Attending progress meetings and producing project documentation
- Identifying and mitigating project risks
About You
- Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager within building services
- Strong background delivering commercial electrical installations
- Experience managing projects in the £500k-£1.5m range
- Good commercial awareness and cost management experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- SMSTS (preferred)
