Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site (2-3 day office and 2-3 field based) role based in Andover for a Senior Engineering Manager. The Senior Engineering Manager will oversee engineering projects, manage a team of engineers & apprentices, and ensure seamless integration of systems.
Day-to-day responsibilities include leading engineering teams, overseeing some project planning, monitoring progress, carrying out toolbox talk and engineering training and ensuring technical excellence. The role also involves coordinating with other departments to meet customer and supplier requirements and delivering innovative solutions in line with the company’s commitment to accessibility and customer satisfaction, a great opportunity to grwo in an ever expanding company.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Engineering Management and Team Leadership skills to effectively guide teams and projects.
- Strong Project Management skills to oversee timelines, allocate resources, and meet project objectives.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a commitment to high-quality, innovative solutions.
Familiarity with accessibility solutions and building regulations is an advantage.
