Our client is a highly successful and fast-growing UK retail business (Sunday Times Top Track 100) with a strong national presence and a people-focused culture. They are now seeking an experienced Productivity Manager to play a key role in transforming workforce planning and operational efficiency across their multi-site estate.

The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic organisation undergoing continued growth and transformation. The successful candidate will lead the development of modern, demand-led labour planning models that align staffing levels to customer demand, operational workload, and commercial priorities.

Working closely with senior stakeholders across Operations, Finance, HR, and Data, you will drive productivity improvements, workforce planning standards, and long-term efficiency initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and continuously enhance labour planning and workforce models
  • Translate operational activity into effective staffing requirements
  • Identify productivity opportunities while maintaining service standards
  • Deliver reporting, insights, and performance analysis
  • Support store teams to optimise labour deployment and rota planning
  • Improve systems, tools, and workforce planning processes
  • Build strong relationships across multiple business functions

Candidate Profile

Our client is looking for an individual with experience in workforce planning, labour optimisation, productivity, or operational improvement within a multi-site environment such as retail, hospitality, or leisure.

You will also demonstrate:
