Frasia Wright Associates in Scotland is seeking a qualified Solicitor to join its Real Estate Litigation team in Edinburgh or Glasgow. The role offers hands-on work with a diverse range of clients, from SMEs to international organisations.
With 4-6 years PQE and a strong background in property disputes and general litigation, you will draft pleadings and advocate in litigation and arbitration, including boundary/title disputes, landlord and tenant matters, and development disputes.
