Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily manufacturing operations, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and quality standards
- Support the Head of Manufacturing to run the Manufacturing workshop.
- Drive Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce waste
- Manage resources effectively, including people, equipment and budgets, to meet delivery targets
- Promote and maintain high standards of health, safety and quality across the shop floor
- Coach, mentor and develop production teams to achieve operational excellence
Requirements
- Proven experience in a Manufacturing leadership role.
- Strong background working in Welding, Fabrication and Assembly environments.
- Degree or HNC qualified in Engineering discipline
- Lean Six Sigma certified.
- Eligibility to undergo SC Clearance.

Salary: £60k – £65k
Working Hours: 4 day working week! Monday – Thursday, Full Time.
