Job Description
- Leading & Developing Teams – Managing and mentoring operational teams to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Process Improvement – Identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and drive best practices.
- Health & Safety Compliance – Ensuring all operations adhere to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Customer Focus – Working closely with clients to maintain service excellence and exceed expectations.
- Financial & Budgetary Control – Managing costs and ensuring operational profitability.
- Sustainability & Innovation – Driving initiatives to improve environmental impact and operational sustainability.
The Successful Applicant
- Proven operational leadership experience within a fast-paced, service-driven environment.
- Strong understanding of lean methodologies, process improvement, and cost control.
- A hands-on management approach with the ability to drive engagement and performance.
- Knowledge of health & safety regulations and industry compliance.
- Strong commercial awareness and budget management experience.
- The ability to work collaboratively across departments to achieve business goals.
