Overview

Position
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a varied caseload of civil litigation matters while also providing case support where required. The work will cover a broad range of dispute resolution matters, offering excellent exposure to different areas of litigation. The caseload will include matters such as Professional Negligence claims, Landlord and Tenant disputes, Boundary disputes, Commercial Litigation, Personal Injury, and Property litigation. The role will involve managing files from initial instruction through to resolution while ensuring clients receive clear advice and excellent service throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing and drafting court documentation including Claim Forms, Particulars of Claim, Part 8 Claims, Defences, and Application Notices.
- Assisting with case strategy, progressing matters efficiently through the litigation process, and maintaining strong communication with clients and colleagues.
- Managing a varied caseload of civil litigation matters and ensuring clear client communication throughout the process.
Key Details
The successful candidate will join a growing firm offering a competitive salary between £35,000 and £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, alongside an attractive benefits package.
