La Fosse Associates is recruiting a permanent Test Lead to own testing across a large transformation in Bolton, with 2 days per week in the office. You will define the test strategy, oversee requirements traceability, defect management and non-functional testing.
In this hands-on leadership role you will establish automation frameworks, embed testing into CI/CD pipelines, and deliver reporting and KPIs to ensure release readiness and confidence in quality.
