An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Property Litigation Solicitor to join my clients team in their Brighton offices on a hybrid basis.
This is an excellent opportunity to become an integral part of my clients Dispute Resolution team and work with a high‑quality national client base.
The Role
You will manage your own caseload and work closely with the partners within the team and with assistance from paralegals. The work will include:
- Managing intermediate and multi track claims.
- Running a varied and interesting general property litigation caseload.
Skills & Experience
- 2+ years PQE
- Proven experience with a busy caseload
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to manage a busy diary and work methodically
- A positive, proactive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Confidence in liaising professionally with clients.
- Strong IT skills including Microsoft word, excel, and Legal Case Management systems
