Oculus Legal Group is working with a highly respected and reputable multi-office regional firm that is looking to expand its commercial disputes team. The firm and its commercial disputes team are highly ranked in the Legal 500, serving a wide range of clients both nationally and internationally. They are seeking a skilled and personable Commercial Litigator to join their team, working closely with Associates, Directors, and Paralegals.
The Candidate
Strong communication skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues are essential. Previous litigation experience is required, preferably with a background in commercial disputes.
The Opportunity
The team handles various commercial litigation matters such as contract disputes, landlord and tenant disputes, property disputes, shareholder disputes, partnership disputes, insolvency litigation, professional negligence claims, construction litigation, adjudication and arbitration, and debt recovery. You will work with high-net-worth individuals and international businesses on high-value cases.
